Out of Home Care (SSR)

Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC), formerly voluntary out-of-home care, provides overnight respite and behavior support for children in NSW. Funded by the NDIS, it includes group homes and host family settings. The NSW Children’s Guardian oversees providers to ensure compliance with regulations and child safety standards.
